Indeed automatic is a real lightweight: To make the chair easy to handle and conserve resources during production, we have again reduced the use of materials without compromise – saving an average of approx. 10% in weight compared to Indeed with the Syncro-Evolution® mechanism!

For a healthy environment and clean seas

Let’s make the world a bit better – and more beautiful! Indeed automatic also adopts this approach. For the cover, we use "Sealife", a versatile, attractively patterned fabric in uni and melange shades made from 100% SEAQUAL® YARN (recycled polyester, containing at least 10% recycled marine plastic).

Dauphin has joined the SEAQUAL INITIATIVE to do its bit to help clean up the oceans.

-60% packaging volume

By saving on packaging material, we are able to reduce the volume of packaging by up to 60%. This means we increase the loading capacities of trucks and reduce CO2 emissions at the same time. This promotes eco-friendly behaviour. For everyone.

Nearsourcing

Most of the components used to make Indeed automatic are purchased directly from the local region (within approx. 30 km of the production facility in Offenhausen, Middle Franconia) in order to shorten transport routes and minimise CO2 emissions.

We have reduced CO2 emissions as much as we can by taking the following measures:

Reducing weight
Using climate-friendly materials
Reducing transport volumes
Maximising the percentage of recycled material used
Nearsourcing

Good to know: Only the very last remaining fraction of materials is CO2-compensated!

Maximum sustainability

The Blue Angel, the German Government’s environmental symbol, represents particularly eco-friendly products that contain low levels of harmful substances. Because health and the environment really matter to us. And the FEMB Level3 certificate combines all the relevant aspects of sustainability (material, energy and atmosphere, health of people and the ecosystem and social responsibility) at the highest level.

Simple. For everyone: The chair's design has been reduced to as few individual components as possible, allowing it to be assembled within 2 minutes without using tools. You can choose whether to receive the chair fully preassembled or wrapped in film.
